will a lift off hood be ok for daily driver
I need to lose some weight on the rs and I need the cold air while I'm at it. I don't have enough for a bolt on and lift offs are slightly lighter. I don't have to worry about taking the hood off outside on windy days, although usually when I take the hood off I will be by myself. how exactly does the lift off work anyway?

As a daily driver I would think it would be a PITA. Lift offs have holes on the four corners that you use pins on. So anytime you need to look under the hood you have to remove the hole thing, and try to find a place to put it. I'd hold off and save a few more bucks for the bolt on.
