I love black wheels on almost anything. Gives a sinister look. I'll bet some Grand Sport wheels would look great on a white thirdgen.

cause they didn't make what they wanted to make. In fact the engineers had it built and ready, when it got sent to the # crunchers they cut the car for logistical reasons, which really sucks, that why I get pissed.

There were two prototypes built. One is still owned by GM and appears in shows and rumer has it that the other one was auctioned off I belive.

I love the look of the cross-lace wheels on a white car. Go for it!

Some black wheels look alright, others don't. Most of the time, I think it makes the car look like its running on spares. The crosslace rims are an exception, cause they have the chrome around the side. But I mostly think all black rims look bad. Just my opinion.

I'll take a 5 piont star wheel over the mess patten any day. They are hard to clean. My G/F has them on her grand prix. The mess isn't smooth and collect dirst really nasty like.

They are hard to clean if you dont know what your doing. The first 6 months I had my car I couldnt figure out anyway to clean them.. then, I woke up. Toothbrush and Simple Green....

It sounds tedious, but it really doesnt take that long.... and when they come out all shiny, its worth it!

I photoshopped these Simmons OM series wheels onto my car. I really wanted them until I found out how expensive they are. I wished that firebird/trans-am cross lace came in 17"
