It depends on what the current condition of your paint is and what kind of quality paint you want anywhere from 1,200 up to 20 or thirty thousand.

Please search the boards their is a ton of info trust me.

*opens his magical "paint supplier calculator"*

According to this you will need to: send me $14.64, go kiss a toad, and then I will tell you the answer thru a mixture of smoke signals.

That, or call a paint supplier! :lala:

Re: admiral blue paint

Depends, I am assuming you will need to paint under the hood all the jambs correct? are you going base coat/clear coat? I always lay down 2-3 coats of base, than 3-4 coats of clear (sanding & buffing puposes)

You understand you will also need thinner, reducer and even accelerator, I always say painting is not a hobby but an exact science. I don't mean you should'nt try but you need to do a lot more research before asking how much paint you will need.

Re: admiral blue paint

The Ol Saying "IF YOU HAVE TO ASK" kinda applies here..

If Your really on here Asking how much its gonna cost. Then you PROB. don't have the ability to shoot this paint yourself (or is this one of those YOU GUY the paint and a case of beer for your buddy whos gonna lay the paint?)

Not I'll insert foot in mouth if Im wrong. And say Sorry. but someone who is a good painter will already have an idea of what everything is gonna cost for them to shoot their own car., etc...

That being said. great choice on color. Hop it comes out great for ya. Now goto town and ask a local supplier what all the materials will cost.
