I found a guy selling a set of these with tires. They are 17x9 and he says they have about 6" of backspacing with the tires on so the wheels have about 5.75" of backspacing. Would these fit on my car? The guy has two of them on the rear of his 95 Z28. Right now I have adapters(2.25" front and 1.25" rear) I would like to bolt them up without the adapters. Please help me out.

 

I would expect them to be 5.25" backspacing unless he got something odd. Ever think of just bolting them on? Master of the obvious here...

 

Well I don't have the wheels to bolt them up. He has the back wheels on the back of his 95 Z28.

 

Oooooooh! '95 Z28. I didn't catch that. Yes, it's going to be a larger backspacing than what you can fit up without spacers. You're in for spacers again, bud.
