What Rims should I get? ROH Snyper?
Hi guys I been thinking about getting ROH Snyper Rims for sometime. I have a picture with them photoshoped on my car. Please offer your Advice on these. How do you think they look?? If I go with these should I go with 17x8 on the front and 17x9 on back? The advantage of going 17x8 on all four is I could rotate and save money on tires. Any suggestions on tires??? Give me some feedback guys!
THANKS!

Go for it man! I would get the 17x9s all the way around too, your car looks really clean, and the wheels would set it off nice!

Do the 17x9's all the way around.I've had mine for almost two years and I still get good comments about how great the wheels look.

BryanJ with 17x9's all the way around where do they rub at?? How bad is the rub is it just on sharp turns when they rub? Also how is the ride with 17's?
Hg: Those are ROH Snypers. YOu can get them at a variety of places onine. The place I found them was groupawheels.com
Does anyone know who sells them the cheapest?? What kind of tires should I get for 17x9's?
THANKS AGAIN!

I think you will want a 275-40/17 tire on those rims. A good bang for the buck tire is the Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 at $113 each. See the link. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/kumho/ku_712.jsp

Ya gotta get spacers to mount these ROHs, right? I assume so, since you said you'll be able to rotate the wheels. I don't think they offer different offsets, but I may be wrong. It is SO annoying paying $40 every time I need to rotate my tires on my factory 16" wheels...at least it allows me to do a better rotation with the fronts crossing back to the rears and the rears coming up front. ANYWAY, I was just curious about the spacers 'cause I have considered going with either the ROHs (Spyder/ZS) or the 17" IROC wheels from Performance Wheel.

Looks really good, but when you put them on yer car in that pic..they look more like 18, maybe even 19. Snypers come in 17 at the largest. But it will still look good!

Chuck: Do you think the 18x8.5 Tremor in the Radianzz finish would look good on a 3rd gen? http://www.jdwheels.com/images/K_Tremor.jpg I think it looks like the wheels they have on the BMW Z8. I'm not sure how good it looked and I wanted a second opinion. Anyone???

They are too busy for my taste but they might look okay. I like a more conservative wheel.

Does anybody know how bad these things rub if I go with 17x9 all the way around? This is basically my main concern because I don't want to Spend 100's on suspension and all that to eliminate the rubbing. I might just have to go with 17x8
Adviced anyone??

Bill, mine are 17x9 all the way around, and there's no rubbing. I had to bend an ear on the driver's side strut down a bit to clear the rim, and you have to move the weights inside a bit to keep them from hitting it or the tie rod end, but besides that, they fit perfectly. I say go with some other wheels though.
