Axle/Gears: BW 9-Bolt 3.27
Does anyone know the paint code for the IROC-Z and Z28 colored headlight pockets??
Just wondering what the paint code was for the black they used on Z28's and IROC-Z's headlight pockets, and if I'm not mistaken it was a semi gloss right??

They arn't shiney, but my cousin waxes is until they get just as shiney as the rest of the car and it looks alot better. Just a thought might want to get them glossy.

And was the black just painted over the color of the car or what when the factory did it??

stock was flat black, some repaint the gloss black or solid color. i prefer it original, but to each his own.......

I just had mine done Satin Black. Looks a million times better than the stock faded matte black.

91z, yes I like the original look too. Its satinlike, but it does shine some. Do u know what the paint code was?? Did they just paint the black over the stock color??
