That is just the best color for Firebirds IMO. And bright red for Camaros IMO.
Heres some competition for jims bird!! You can find all the pics at www.chicagoefi.com/morepics.htm

Would anybody put red Racing stripes on their blackbird? You know I would say that wouldn’t look that bad. With my car I would have to go with black stripes though.

Hey KarpsTA, got any more pics of your ride for us to see? I know there was a post a long time ago w/ a bunch of your pics in it but I can't find it. Love the look of the ride, man. Is that lowered? Hard to tell on the grass.

Thanks,
I've got more picss at http://communities.msn.com/KarpsCars/transampics.msnw
Hopefully the link works. Once I get the new engine running I'll have to take some new/better pics.
In the pics the car is not lowered but over the winter I installed the Tokico kit which should drop it an inch and a quarter or so.
Ah yeah and the SLP sticker went bye bye to.

to tell you the truth, neither! Its a coat of wax. That paint is at least 15years old. Also it needs to be restored, it has some rust in the corners of the doors and in the front. Right now I just bought a 92 corsica for about 500 bucks, it needs some work but my plan is that i am gonna get the corsica on the road and drive that year round, for as long as I can, meanwhile while I am working I am gunna put money in the bank every week, and when I get enough Im having the bird fully painted. Thanks for the compliment, My page members.cardomain.com/68fbird.

Cg91TA, got any more pics of either the black one or both of yours together? I'd bet those are some awesome pics given the excellent condition of both of your rides
