My passenger side wiper arm will not go all the way back down. I can pull it down past the little tab that it rests on, and it will be fine for a little while, but after I run the wipers a couple of times, it will only go down to about 1/2inch above the little tab. Any ideas on why it does this and how to fix it? Not a major issue, but just annoying.

 

sounds like it isn't aligned right; remove it and run the wipers with them off, then turn the motor off........place your wiper in the desired "off" location and everything should be fine; if it keeps doing you might have either broken a tooth on the gear or something worse....
