Decisions.....

I finally got off my lazy butt & started the drivers door tonight.
Problem is, I'm kind of liking the handle being black (instead of my original though of making them body color)

It's keep the handles black (semi-gloss trim black) & black center GTA wheels or,
body color handles & silver center GTA wheels.. I dunno.. which do you guys think ? (or maybe even neither?)

I like them black and I like then body color. I know thats not much help. Can ya post a pic of the body color one too so I can refresh my memory? Then maybe I can pick.

The other side is just primer so I shot the handle with a matching color spray bomb real quick.

(keep in mind, there's no bondo over where I just put the handle/skin in so it still looks pretty crappy)

Hmm.. that is a tough decision... I think I like the body color one a little better... but just a little. Both of them look awesome. I wish I knew how to do that, then I could eliminate my rattling door handles for good!

Body color, I think the black would stand out like a sore thumb.
By the way is that a Bud in the front, man being a poor college kid, you can't buy the good stuff. Keystone Light and Busch Lite that's about it. , of course after awhile it all tastes the same.

I like Coors Light myself. Dont even start with the **** Water stuff. It's just my preference.

LoL Mark... being a poor **** myself (even though past college years), Bud is the only luxery I can afford... I'll be dammed to comprimise that

I appreciate the input guys, originally, I was planning on going body color with the handles but, after putting the handle in tonight for a test fit.. I kind of liked it black. I still don't kow but, am leaning still towards my original plan of going body color.

For Mark lol (it's the best I can do for ya lol)

I'd say go with the white ones, you will get more double takes that way.

Sorry, Mark, I'm out of beer, this will have to do:

1. If you want people to notice the different door handles, then go with black.
2. If you don't care if people notice all the hard work you put into the handles, then go body color.

Personally I'd go with black so everyone would notice them!!!
They are pretty cool...

lmao redbird

ops32.. I'm not really much into flashy & noticable but, I do somewhat like the contrast of the black (matches the tint & wheels too).
I'm starting to think I may just paint them black for temp. to see if I really do like it & then later painting them body color. They are pretty simple to remove & paint (aside from having to take the door panel off to get to them which, isn't a real concern right now anyways)

I got my new toy today . The ending hour of the camaro is getting closer...

Seems body color is winning out 11 (including the way I was originally going to paint them) to 2

I had a brainfart earlier & thought (and I didn't even hurt myself doing it ).. why even worry.. I can just go ahead and paint these handles I have then, get another pair of matte black ones off a neon & swap them out when I feel the need for a handle color change. Seemed like a good idea anyways...

MetalliCamaro... I live in the sw corner of Indiana.. I'm not to sure you want me doing gorilla bodywork to your car like i do with mine tho....

(ready for some clear coat now )

I'll stick with my handles for now and just replace them to stop the rattling. Not that I don't trust your work, but I would imagine I would be without a car for at least a week, and I can't do that and I also want to spend what little money I have on performance mods before appearance mods.

LoL 86 WS6 (the pic actually showed up this time)

86BIRD.. they aren't permanent.. just something to sit the car on for now.

MetalliCam.. (I don't trust me sometimes )It's funny but, you're right, being picky (and somewhat lazy), it would take about a week to do the whole thing but, in the same amount of time I repainted this beast....
(had to strip the top & hood too.. flaking paint..)
