I have a 1987 camaro I wouldlike to replace the foam for the drivers seat...does anyone know of a place that can do this? Or possibly know of a kit I could do this myself

How bad is your foam?
You can reuild it, I did mine and they were REALLY rough.!!
I had everything from small chunks out of the cushion. to holes blown out the side panels from the support cables.
THey look like new now with the new covers, couldn't be happier.

Well, that's why I asked how bad they were...
Any dense foam will work...I used carpet padding, YES, CARPET PADDING!!!
Not the stuff that's made up of all different kinds and colors, go to a local carpet dealer, and see if they got any scraps, good quality dense closed core foam. Mine was white. They'll probably give them to you.
I got about a 3x3 chunk for mine and had quite a bit left over, My guy only charged me six bucks!!!
After I repaired all the cabling and wires that were sticking out... I glued the existing foam tears together, Use 3m super77 spray adhesive... light coats on each surface of the pieces to be glued.
Let tack, and mash them together, they will become as one!!!!
I'm tellin' ya it will tear in a completley different spot before this repair will let go!!!
You will use the same process to fill any large chunks that are missing with your "new" foam. cover the patches with another piece , just approximate the size with a utility knife.
When everything's dry you shape it with a grinder, Preferrably a high speed air grinder. (Small 90 degree angle grinder will work great.)
Don't do it in your house, cause it makes a huge mess!!!!
looks like a pro job and very durable!!!!!!

u can add extra foam to your bolsters to give them a tighter squeeze around your waist, my friend did that and it looked and worked great.

You can also go to Walmart or any craft store and get a 2'X2'X4". It depends on the type you get for the price. At walmart I think it was around $8 for the flame retardant one, and it is dense too
