GM only sells repair kits that require grinding off the old hinges that were welded onto the car and drilling holes to attach new hinges. The kit sucks, from what I'm told. Andy at thirdgensolutions.com has a bushing replacement kit that fixes the upper door hinge (usually the prob, he says). His product seems awesome, but its a tad expensive at $60 per door. I think he throws in GM's cheap kit for the lower hinges too, though.

I should have a spair upper hinge kit in a couple of days. Give it to you for what I got it for, which should be about $50 if all turns out right. Email me if interested @ Zmranger02@aol.com. You should be able to get the lower kit at autozone or something.

Yeah, that's where I'm getting mine. I just got a spare one, and it came up that I don't really need it. So, whatever.

3rdgensolutions hinge kit brill!

Just fitted AndyZ28's upper hinge kit and it has completely cured the sagging. My lower hinge pins were replaced at the same time, but the wear wasn't in these, or the bushes, it was in the part of the hinge that the pin secures in. So, my lower hinges are still a bit sloppy but the droop has gone just by doing the top! $64 for a permanent solution! Sounds good to me!!

Andy.
