well i don't know about buying a new one but i did redo the headliner in my car and i must say that it came out perfect. I would go get a fiberglass board for underneath maybe from a junkyard that wasn't all cracked up but maybe the headliner was sagging. i bought mine for $5. Then go to a Jo-Ann Fabrics or something like that and in the back they have automotive fabrics. I bought a 3 yard length of fabric for i think $25. This is enough cloth to do two headliners. You need to purchase whatever color cloth but make sure it has the foam backing on it. I believe it is about 1/4 inch thick. Then just trim it to fold over all the edges about 1 inch and glue it down using PLENTY of headliner adhesive which can be purchased at any automotive parts store.....i used an aerosol can by a company called PERMATEX. It cost $8. So for a grand total of $38 and about one hour of my time in front of the TV i have a brand new looking headliner. Hope this helps.

Use this link to Hawks Parts It is a ABS colored head liner replacement. No more fabric to fade, wear, or fall.

Its about $150 but you will never have to worry about it again.
