The topic is brought up often. Would suggest doing a search. No one makes clear tailights but they can be made. The search is is at the top right. Welcome to the board!
GTA87, I think I've seen your car before if its the one in that pic. ALso just remove the red film inside your taillights if you got TA lights. Or just a heat gun and get all the red to flack off.

ive been looking for like 2 years for clear euro tailights....i was told by all the manufacturers that unless there is a huge demand for them they will not make them due to it being really expensive to make only a few...if they get bugged enough i think they may make them....lets all bug the hell outta them so they make some..im sick and tired of these places making things only for imports and new cars...we have cars too dammnit and our cars look better ..

I recently sold that car on Ebay for my new 87 GTA. And for your information the first set of "Euro" lights were actually made aftermarket for the S10. Which happens to be a chevy! which means its GM! Which means its full blooded american! So those little piece of sh*t imports can b*ow me!

"...And for your information the first set of "Euro" lights were actually made aftermarket for the S10." Huh..? I don't disagree, I just didn't know that...mind explaining...? An as for the whole clear light thing, I think they'd look good on a dark car, blue or black...but when I think "euro", I think of the clear lights but with HUGE red bulbs here and there....THAT doesn't look too nice.

well my car is far from being stock, i have a prelude front clip on it, a shogun (prelude rear spoiler) on my hatch and euro corner markers on my ride, so i need something to even it out..something on the back, even though my reear bumper has been customized it still lacks something...oh and dont think that i have no go...i have a 350tpi 5spd with ttops so it goes when i need it..
ya a 350 tpi with 5spd ? unless you held off from buying one of those watermelon-sized 8" ***** exhaust tips and payed to get one put in after the factory then
is exactly right.
o btw i have a 8.9L 350 with 7spd F1 style fittipaldi paddle shift auto-manual ... stock =D

it was entered into the " Beater-Deluxe Nationals " in the " White Rice " category. i think the license plate was either "4 cyl 4eva" or "wannabe". i have pics, hang on.

Ok.. I'm an idiot (have no probs admitting to it as any of my bud's can tell you) but, even I can hook up a scanner (hell.. I built my own 950mhz computer after killing my old 400mhz packard bell.. can you blame me ??
)
I'm even pretty damm lazy (look at how long I've drug out finishing my car & it's still going)
But, at least I've got a few feasable excuses.
1) I'm too lazy to run wiring thru the crawspace of the house for my air compresssor after work.
2) I'd rater drink a few frosty's than crawl under the house

3) I'm woking on helping my bud restore a 72 Chevy truck
4) He (same bud) just bought a TPI off Ebay which I'm helping him sort out to install (pic below)

I dont think there is anything better then tipping a couple back and working on my car. Specially if it is nice outside. I guess I just get tired of being locked behind a computer screen all day.
That 72 will be sweet with a tpi in it.

Well at first I thought it was BS but I guess you really have done those things to your car. All I will say it is not my style but it isnt my car either. If you are winning car shows than more power too you. If you looking for anyone here to say your car looks awesome than I doubt anyone will. Seems 99% of this board is anti-import.

He guys,he is from Canada so we can't blame him.
Willaim Shatner is from Canada, and so are the Kids In the Hall so that explains his ride good enough to me.

Oh great! Pull Canadians into this! Smooth!
Well, I'm Canadian, and except for a shrunken head (50's style, baby
) hanging from my rear-view mirror, there is nothing even slightly rice on my Firebird.
I thought he was joking when he was talking about the Firebird on "Rice or Not" being similar to his.
That's one IROC I'm not going to "NV".

i know that it isnt what everyone likes
well,
you guys have seen the pics and i realize that not everyone(specially the camaro guys) will like it but hey its not your car, and im willing to bet that if i entered the same competitions as you, id have a lot better chance then most of you not all but most..sure you guys probably have more motor work done(not for long) and sure you have a better rear end or whatever, but my body isnt stock and thats what modifying is all about...
thats all i have to say..
thanks

What type of car shows are you entering them in? Imports dominate here lately, unfortunately. I think you car would not place so well in a domestic based show. I would love to see how well it would place at the GM Nationals in Carlise PA. Long way from canada though.

OK, well maybe its just me, but Iroc2NV, maybe ur name should be, Iroc2crapon, Im sorry, but you have successfully riced out a good piece of American muscle, all who agree gimme an Aye!
i think everyone has their own taste...personaly i dont like camaros like that. Its like me putting an APC sticker on like all the others around my town and saying its the best. I like imports but its the kids that ruin them with those damn cheap things they put on em.
This is my car if anyone wants to know. Any coments, sugestions, or questions are welcome.

And this is the ONLY spoiler besides the z28 i would get for a camaro. I think it goes with the body style. (still rather have z28 spoiler)

This is one really customized one....true personal customazation...

'ing (joking) aside, while your car is something that would not turn my head because it was a sweet ride and it something I would more than likely snicker at because I personally don't think what you have done matches the car well at all, your personal philosophy towards your work & feeling about your car is something to respect. For that I do commend you as I feel the same way. Make your car something you enjoy getting into & enjoy driving/owning regardless of what others think.
In no way am I downing your work because it's what you wanted of the car but, at the same time, I can't say I like it.
