heat not working??

heat not working??

hey, i changed my thermostat in my 92 305 tbi, but my heat still plays games and decides to turn on and off as it pleases. lately it has been very bad, and not working to often. what can be causing this problem, and what can i do to diagnose the situation. please let me know. thanks

Axle/Gears: Ford 9" 3.55
I had that problem when I had LOW water.. however.... it sounds like u probably filled it up... did u bleed the air out? and check the wiring..

run the car with the rad cap off... and check the wiring to the heater control ... so you have to pull the console apart...
