A few more old pics on my site. Oh, since these pics I put the door panels, nose emblem and grille back on, replaced the exhaust with Dynomax 2-1/2" cat back, and got a set of 91-92 Z28 16" wheels.

Motivated yet?

Hey Mike86SC, I was the guy who came by with my friend and took your old front seats, remember? Turns out they didn't fit in his 81 Z28 like we were told they would, oh well, easy come easy go. Car looks nice, good luck with it.

I think they're sitting on the side of my friends house. He's probably going to ditch them since the one had the tear in it.

Jim85IROC did an amazing job with his ride... he'll probably be here soon.

iroc2nv, you call adding that body kit and wing RESTORING the car? Personally I think you ruined it. It looked much better before. But its your car.

I'm here.

I swear somebody asks for before/after pics once a week. Too bad this site doesn't have a search feature... oh wait.

Anyway, on to the cars:

I'll post the GTA in the next message.

Just started to resotre my body Tonite about 6. Lots of bondo work. My car had a rough life since it left arizona. first the paint peeled then the dents then the chips. now its salt. But I undercoated the cassies and wheel wheels so rust does not hit it to bad. Hey Mikes86SC like the car mine is the same way but it will be mettlic blue. Sorry I dont have pics. Jim85iroc I think I have seen your car.

awesome...it will be nice to see those get some use. The block is still sitting there at the house. It really needs to go though, because i have a garage full of parts, and my brother has an iroc project now too.

stuart, thanks. A lot of work went into this car. Everything inside and out has been redone. Obviously you can see the exterior mods. Red interior swapped to charcoal gray and black with a lot of upgrades. Suspension is about 85% upgraded to where i want it, and i'm working on the drivetrain now. T56 swap will be done by the end of this month with some luck, and next up is the engine. I have my heads and induction system ready to rock and roll, just need to put together a really stout short block for them to bolt onto. Rear is on the list soon. I just want to be able to reliably drive it more often. I've had a ton of problems over the last year.

that's not a bad car you have there....my first car was an 88 sport coupe, v6. Did a lot to that one too:

i just ran into it recently....the paint and bodywork i did 6 or 7 years ago on it was pretty much undone and then some.
