Big block hood

Big block hood

so is it possible to cut out the part on the big block hood because i really like the look of the big block hood but the function of the ss hood. Is that possible?

Yes it is possible, I've seen it done. It doesn't look like it would be easy though.

Thanks... Thats' why I'm a junior member I guess. So I called them and they want $145 shipping to CA.
And 350 for the hood. I think I'll hold off until I can afford a paint job.

yes it is very possible to cut out the slot for the hood to be functional. the link in my sig shows my big block hood on the camaro, or at least how it looked. it was a nice set up, i think you will be happy with it

WOW, that looks nicer than i though, thanks for the pics, i am going to get it now, i will post some pics when i am done with the hood and 90-92 Z28 high rise.
