Of course he did. He's advertising his own auction. His e-mail address is danfalcone@lvcm.com, auctioner's e-mail address danfalcone@aol.com. Coincidence? I think not....

You'll probably never see him again, I'm sure he just came on to sell his product. Of course if he actually has any intention of joining the board, he picked a horrible way to introduce himself.

Wow, I had no idea that you guys would react to my post this way. I thought that this was the place to offer parts for our cars that are difficult to find. I look on turbotransam.com and other boards for things I need. Sorry if I did not understand the purpose of this message board.

There isn't a for sale board, but there is a classifieds section linked on the main page for you to use. I'm not even sure if they allow posting auctions on it though.

 

Oh that's right, my bad. I just got so used to real classifieds not working that I didn't even notice....

 

perrodulce - Sorry man, but I get this all the time on message boards, someone creates a new account and comes on to advertise their business, auction, or defend themselves against a bad review, and then you never see them again. It irritates me to no end, because they don't really care about the community (the board), and they're just trying to help themselves.

If you're sticking around to contribute or learn something, that's great, but like I said, you picked a horrible way to introduce yourself.
