rear view mirror replacment
rear view mirror replacment
I need to replace my drivers side rear view mirror. The whole piece, not just the glass. The car is a 88 Formula and the mirror adjusts manualy. I was going to raid the junk yard, but I have a few questions. Are there any difference in the mirrors for different years? Are Camaros the same? Does it matter if the replacment had power adjustment?

In order, no, no, & not really except for having to wire up the power part of the mirror to make it work 'properly'.
Caprice classiscs also share the same mirrors

actually you could use any mirror from any car that glues on the windshield, i kinda hate that design though, theres nothing better than going to your car on a hot day and finding your rearview mirror next to the shifter because the windshield got too hot
