very very clean. Nice install. Was the dvd player a full 1 din? I always thought that a 1 din receiver was too deep for the firebird radiopod.

I'm a car audio dealer, have been for about 6 years so the system wasn't that much for me. I have the system for sale right now if anyone is interested. It is a CVA-1000 Alpine monitor 6-disc changer and 11 band graphic eq. Plus all of the stuff to put the digital eq display in the rear view mirror and all of the video inputs for the monitor for DVD I want to get $1200.00 for it all minus the DVD player itself (that still belongs to my store). I just want to sell it to get the Kenwood version of it that I sell right now. I'm not an Alpine dealer anymore.
I took the whole radio console out and cut the plastic supports off the inside. Then to get the angle that I needed to clear the gauge bezel i had to custom build aluminum brackets to place the DIN sized monitor clear at the bottom of the radio opening. I also had to cut into my heater vents to get it to sit that low. I did almost all of that with the radio console out of the car. Then I trimmed the monitor with smoked plexi and painted the back of it black. The changer is flush mounted in the passenger dash area right where the map pocket is. That required a little cutting as well. It is trimmed in black plexi as well. My passenger vent is blocked off though. It actuall isn't all that hard just time consuming to get it all to sit just right.

the color is Chrysler platinum. That is what flyinlow's GTA is painted. I don't know if I would be able to mount this stuff in a Camaro like I did in my Formula because the radio console doesn't come out like the bird's does.
I noticed the pager alarm......more information would be great....
Price, install, brand, model #, etc
I used to live in Cedar Falls, IA......didn't see too many nice camaros up there at all......

We are an Autopage dealer. The system is a RS-750LCD it is also a remote start as well as an alarm. We retail it for about $599.99 installed and it has about 1500 ft. range. Install on it was pretty straight forward my brain is mounted under the drivers seat and the siren is mounted inside the drivers front fender. Most everything on a third-gen can be found in the drivers kick except the tach wire it is on the computer in passenger dash area. Everything else is in the steering column area. The istall took about 3 hours but I was taking an Alpine alarm and remote start out as well.
