3rd gen Targa?? Anyone done this??

Guys,

Has anyone done a targa top on a 3rd gen?? I am thinking this is something I would like to have done to my car if it is somehting which is possible, which I am sure it is. Anyone have any experience with this, and other than the obvious cutting out for the targa what additional re-inforcement was required (I am assuming sub frame connectors etc)

Thanks,

Targa 3rd Gen remembered...

Well, I know it can be done. Remember the red Camaro in the TV show Simon & Simon? It was a targa. I bet AJ would've kept the 57 Chevy Convertible if he knew what it would be worth today...

If you flip the back seat down, you would then have enough room...

if ur going to go all out and make a targa, i don't think you'd really care if it fits or not. you take it off, drive, feel like a king. come home and replace. least that's how it works with my neighbor's porsche
