Radio Pod
Hey do you guys know where I can get a radio pod cheap? A while back someone broke into my car. (insert curse words here) and stole my nice jvc radio.
When the broke it out the broke the bottom two hole that help keep the radio in. So now when i listen to cds it skips with every litte bump.
And yes I am going to check the junk yard. Just don't have much time free anymore.
WOrking two jobs to support my car.

Get a new one from Hawks...he's about the cheapest around and the quality rocks. I've received one from him (I also had my radio pod busted by thieves)

I rebuilt mine with 1/16" aluminum braces.. nice and sturdy.
It's hard to find one that's not broken in junkyards! Plus a lot of people think they're smarter than GM, and cut out the rear support of the radio console. This causes the radio to put all it's weight on the front plastic braces... after a while- snap!
