I want to know what you guys have done for cup holders. If you custom made some or have some aftermarket or incorporated stock, lets see it. I need ideas

Dude.........buy you the 91-92 Firebird door panel cup holders for your ride, u will need to drill the mounting holes for it if u have power windows, if u have manuel windows i dont think they will clear the window crank............its something for you to consider if u want cupholders for both doors.......my .02............

Mine has an after market one screwed to the side of the console. It folds out, looks OK, I'm not sure that I would have put it in myself, but it was in the car when I bought it.

stock Firebird Cup Holders

I bought a set of the stock cup holders that were in the 91-92 Firebirds. I love them, the fit perfectly, and are in a great position. Only one drawback to them; you must have power windows, or the window crank will get in the way.

Here is mine. I made it from two 2x6's glued together. It works great. The best part is, if I have a can of something in there, I can shut the console lid and my beverage stays cold.

Also, does anyone have a picture of the firebird cup holders? And where would I get them from?

Lets not forget the Tech article on cupholders from the main page(I know the fact that this site isn't just forums is a surprise to some). https://www.thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/cupholder.shtml

This is what I am going to be doing to mine next week.
