Easy, but a pain in the ***.

Start by removing the inner fender liner.
Then the nose.
Remove the 10mm bolts across the top of the fender, then there's one 13mm bolt on the bottom of the fender in front of the doors. Remove it and the fender will fall off. Unless its the passengers side, in which case you'll need to pull the antenna too.

no need to break the inner fender plastic, just remove the screws, its quite simple but take your time and i suggest applying some liquid wrench to the nose to fender bolts and letting them soak or they'll break for sure.

There's also no need to remove the nose. Unbolt the fender from the nose, unbolt it from the rail support and from the rocker panel. Tape up the door and nose to protect it, and carefully work it out. You need to get the back out, then pull the fender back to get the studs out of the nose. Having somebody help you is a BIG plus, especially when dealing iwth the hood. After you've done it as many times as I have, you can get away with doing it yourself, but until then, plan on having help.

I'm going to be pulling off both of my fenders of my 91 Z28.....my plans are to install a set of the 1980-1981 Z28 fender vents (metal).....thought it would be alot easier to do alot of the work while the fenders are off the car......anyone have any tips on welding.... cutting....crimping.... anything....?? Do I have to remove the hood hinges to get the fenders off? It looks like the frame, the fender, the the hood hinge is all bolted together?? I wouldn't mind hearing everyone elses thoughts/opinions.....
