If you have the 85MPH....
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6773

I found a company that will create reverse glow guages for the 145mph if I can get 15 people to buy a set at $50.00 each.

I'm definately in for 145 mph set. Please email me with details.

You know, I think it's strange that the company that makes these even made up a set for a 85 mph speedo. Most (not all) people with cars that came with 85 mph speedo's aren't the kind of people that modify their cars, but most of the people with cars that came with the 145 speedo are. So, why didn't they make the 145 ones first?

Ok just got the skinny on these, If you want to look at the guages go to the website to see samples of both types. www.streetracerparts.com

> In regards to your request to have your vehicle produced through our Model Development Program, we have included all the details below.
> In order to get the gauges produced, we will need at minimum 15 people Including you willing to pay $49.99 for the 2-Color Style, or 20 people willing to pay $69.99 for the reverse glow.

>Once you feel that there is enough interest in the development, we will add it to our program so that people can go to Buy In.

We will also need a cluster from that model along with all details of the gauge and the year ranges it covers. mailto:sales@streetracerparts.com

I have a set of MacGewn White faced overlays I am willing to give up for the devlopment, but they are 145mph.

Maybe we should post a seperate thred with a pole to tack interest. Sounds like we just need 15-20 people to agree on
1. 145 gauge style
2. Indiglo or reverse glow
3. willingness to pay $50-$70 bucks
looks like we already have about 6 people!!
What do you think??

You have to watch out with the guages. There are 2 diffrent types of 145mph guages.

This is the older style:

And this is the newer style:

I have a thread going here for the newer style 90-92.
https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=156590 for all that are interested.

The problem I see is I need the old style, and others need the new style. So are there enough people that want these to be able to meet the minimum for each style? And can we all agree on reverse or indiglo?

I was hoping everyone wanted the reverse indiglo, I think it is worth the extra money. Much easier to read at night, and looks just as good durring the day.

I don't mind spending the extra money. But are we going to get enough people for the old and new style? That's the real question.

I also have the old style and like the reverse glow. The older style would be the overlays I have to contrubute for the development.

I wonder if one of our wonderful vendors would be willing to buy a block of these for resale to help get the development going??
