Nice ride...this probably should have been posted in the appearance and detailing section. But I am a big fan of the two toned trans ams. Cool car man.

Very nice T/A Nolanr0413!! The mid 80s T/As look sweet with the two tone. I want an 85 with a black and and grey scheme.
thanks for the complements really like the fact that it is a hardtop, if it was t tops I don’t think I would have gotten it. Even thought the car has low miles their are a few paint issues. I got the car from a friend of the families brother in law. He was storing it for his brother in law and I saw the car and he said it was for sail. When you look at the roof their are small scratches that run from the from to the back and they looked like scratches from going under a tree with low branches but it was from the guys gym bag. It also has some weird options , the 305 tpi,ws6 , hardtop, these aren’t the weird ones ,the car is totally performance from those specs and then it has a locking gas door,? no power seats, windows or locks, but it has the uq7 subwoofer option, the stereo was like 600 bucks back in the 80's.i think its weird that he got no power options and then the awesome stereo. I got a question for you guys, how many of you have locking gas doors? it was an 11 dollar option in 85 and I never see any cars with it.

The majority of locking gas caps I see are 82-84 S/Es. I do know of a few Trans Ams That have 'em. I don't see alot of 85 T/As to begin with, let alone with the lock. cap.
Now that I think about it, I've never seen a TA w/ a locking gas door. Got a pic of it? Nice ride though. Where exactly are you in NY, that car looks familiar...
i dont think i have a closer pic yet but i'll make sure to check.I live in Amsterdam.I've been to a few car shows. That'd be cool if we could go crusin somethime.Their isnt too many thirdgen trans am around, and like no good ones, so it would be cool.
