car rotisserie
I want to build a car rotisserie. would like some websites with info on them. did a search and most of the ones i've seen look pretty scary, as in unsafe.

Transmission: to many to list
Axle/Gears: 9bolt 4:10 in the T/A
these are relativly easy to build if you can weld. just make sure the bearings can hold the weight and that the tri pod's legs are long enough. also, you may want to put some sort of gear drive on there to turn it also to make it easyer to turn over.

These guys make a nice rotisserie; I have seen them at car shows before. Very safe. You can at least get som ideas if you're going to build your own.

I was watching dream car garage on speedvision and they showed how to build one .Maybe you should see if they have any info on there site .

when school is out, i will probably be making one.
i am going to be using a base of an old hay wagon so we can take the car around to the shop and whatnot. i guess i can get steel for about .10$ a pound so it could be cheap.

. What exactly is a car rotisserie? I have this mental image of a Camaro rotating like a chicken at KFC.
