A guy in a newer chevy failed to yield the right of way to me and I t-boned him at a wierd angle at about 40 mph (dunno how, all happened so fast) and this is what happened.
Does she look totalled?

I'd say she is probably totaled, at least by the insurance company. Its definately fixable, but according to insurance probably totaled. Basics would be new fender, bumper cover, & hood, but you'd probably need the impact bar underneath the bumper cover, some headlight parts, and other misc things, maybe a new radiator support or at least some straightening and it would need to be checked on a frame rack to make sure its all straight and the frame isn't tweeked.

as long as your okay, and if its his fault and your injured, you can collect some major cash and build a sweet car, dont let cheap insurance companies short you, fight for every dime

Even if it is totalled, get estimates for fixing it yourself. Don't purchase it back from the insurance company directly unless you just can't live without it. Usually, you can buy it through the insurance auction LOTS cheaper than from the insurance company directly. The only drawback is if your car is highly saught after, it could go higher than buyback price (not likely at any auctions I've ever been to). 3rd gen F-bodies usually go really cheap at auctions because most have been beat on one time or another.
A friend was quoted $7,500 to buy his totalled car back directly from his insurance company and ended up getting it at the auction instead for only $2,800!!! Talk about a parting out money maker...

The one and only car that I had totalled cost me $250 to buy back.
But that aside, that car is definately totalled. Both fenders are pushed back, which means the supports are too. The radiator support is toast, which means the radiator & ac condenser are too. Chances are good that the K member has shifted slightly, which would mean the unibody moved.
