Are the side ground FXs the same for an 84' Z28 and an 89' I-Roc? If not, what are the differences?

nope, not the same....the 1982-1984 Z28 side ground effects are much shorter..and less aggressive....the ground effects from 1985-1990 Z28, IROC-Z and RS were wider, and looked pretty nice. 1991-1992 Z28/RS were wide as well...and has scoops in the sides....very aggressive....I'm sure there are a couple people that could post some pictures....

one other thing, is the front bumper cover the same for an RS and an I-Roc in 89?

Yep, same thing....that will fit, 1985-1992 Z28, IROC-Z, and RS Camaro's....
