Leaking in back somewhere!

I have a minor leak in the back, i dont know if its comming through the window or the rubber seal. I get a lot of water in the space where the spare tire is and sometimes in the back well. Is this common for thirdgens to leak like this? Also how much would it cost on average to fix it? I found a rubber seal in a Year One catologe for $55 for a GM one. Is it hard to replace the seal? Thanks.

I have a small leak back there too its on the top of my hatch where the weather stripping has compressed from sitting in the same crushed position for so long, if it rains really hard it will make a little puddle in my third brake light then spill on who evers in the back seat when I brake.
