Thinking of buying a GTA with a digital dash. Can i change out the digital for an analog one? If so how easy/hard?

 

ya i no what u mean its like the people on thirdgen never reply to give help anymore unless they find it interesting. but it is possible i dont no how hard it is though.

 

why would you wanna get rid of a digi dash, everyone else wants one. but Im sure its possible but i doubt youll find too many people that have done it, most ppl are swapping them in. search for how to swap one in and Im sure a reverse proceedure could show you some light on the subject.

 

Hey, I replied to ur post over there, but here you go. I have a 88 GTA with the dash, and HATE it. I looked into swapping it out, cause I think the analog firebird dashes are great. But unfortunatley you need to remove the WHOLE wiring harness and the dash, plus probally other various things as well. As soon I as I found out I need to remove and get a new harness, I gave up. Not worth the time, I grew to live with the gay 80's Star Trek movie dash. If you do, GOOD LUCK...
