I am having a hard time trying to find out what original decals came with an 85 FB 2.8. I'm ok for the fender emblems and the two sail panel birds but I am having trouble finding out about the hood or nose bird. Can anyone comment on what type of bird and where it was located for 85 (on the nose or the tip of the hood) and what size. I think I need black because it is a red car with black interior. Anyone else with original decals on an 85 2.8??? Pictures would be very helpful.

Most places I check out usually just talk about the TA's. I recently checked out "stencils and stripes unlimited" and there appear to be a couple of options. I am confused!!

yeah, i checked them out already too but again, it just talks about TA's. Anyone know what they mean by accent code???

on My 85 I had a small bird on the bumber, nothing on the hood... I had emblems on the r pillar as well and pinstripes... My car was white with tan interior and the stickers were blue... hope this helps

What size was your bumper bird?? Was it bigger than the birds on the sail panels? If so, do you remember by how much?

 

it was the same size as the other 2 emblems... but to be sure that it is stock.. you should go to the hostorical forum and ask around
