Hmm...how should I go about fixing this? (frame damage).

Well, I lost control and went through a fence and guardrail hitting a cement embankment the other day. Not too fast, but the frame rail ends (where that bar mounts to) are bent down and inward. Pics:

That first one just shows them relative to the car and the second is a detail of the passenger side one where it crumpled. The other is similar just not as bad.

Do you think I can pull these out myself or should I just take it to a shop? How much should I be looking at for a repair of this (just getting the rails pulled out)?

Thanks guys.

I was quoted about $200 for pulling and welding my frame, though only my driverside is screwed up. Not that bad either. Your best bet would be to go to a shop and check it out. I wouldn't try to do it yourself cause it would be a pain to get it straight again.

Well, I took it down to a local shop and got quoted $300 to pull it out. Not as bad as I expected so I told the guy to do it. Said it should be done by thursday.

Then I just have to get the parts somewhere. He got me a new inner support thing (that big steel piece under there). I need a new passenger side fender, bumper cover, gfx, headlight bar, honeycomb and grill. Can anyone recommend someone good to deal with on these parts? www.thirdgenresource.com has all the parts, but I have a feeling the shipping will be outrageous. I was thinking about driving to pick the stuff up (8 hours away). Has anyone done business with them before?
