any third gens with no rear seats?

anyone have any pics of any third gen with no rear seats but not like full race interior? when i do get my camaro and stuff, i wanna install a roll cage and because of that cross bar i would see no point in seats there....so i would probably want to maybe put some car audio stuff there....maybe a custom speaker enclosure or whatever....anyone else done this?

If you want a roll cage there really is no point in rear seats.

It isnt really an eyesore or nothing, just an empty space.

I dunno man, but at least you aint got to haul all ur buddies around on the weekends!

I would say a custom speaker box with 2 12's and a amp would look very good. Maybe even a place in there mad to put a N20 Bottle???Either way good luck with it.

I been thinking about taking mine out but, i'm afraid too (being a teenager that back seat comes in handy sometimes.

While were on the subject is carpet under the seats or does it infact stop there at the seats?

The carpet goes under the back seats, but there is a part where the metal is exposed so the seats can bolt into the car.

thanks, yall! lol
Yes, i'm a teenager and stuff, but since i am a fulltime geek/gearhead, most of my friends are like me....would much rather have a nice car like a third gen Camaro or Trans Am or a Buick Grand National and stuff its not like i'm gonna be hauling carfulls of friends around to where ever.....
So i really dont have much of a need for 4 seats....and most of my friends arent small so they probably wouldnt fit back there anyway.
I love that full wall of subs, but i'm not into the super loud music....i want something nice and loud an powerful, but i dont really have a need for any more than 2 subs....
All of this stuff is making me want to work more and more to get more money so i can get the car sooner!!!!!!!! lol

Ahh..... memories....!

The interior is too nice in the car now to do that anymore! But now she lives with me and it doesn't matter anyway!

Getting back to topic, I put the front and rear 4th gen seats in my car. Camaro's / Firebird's looks like crap with-out back seats IMO.

I am a teenager my camaro has no back seat. I guess i'm better with the cars than the ladies. Oh well. Here are some pics. If you need more let me know. I ordered the roll bar from jegs and had to modify the rear quarters to clear the bar, but i think it looks good. Rock on.

these things stick up and are the worst part of the removal, in my opinion. Thy look kind of weird just sticking up there.

box the area in, you can use it for either a sub, or locked storage. But you need someting to cover up some of the carpet cutouts, and seam. I say extend the flat area to the back of the front seats and down. You can even put a fuel cell here if you are raceing the car.

I figured I would just edit the post instead of deleting it. Glad I could brighten your day. Lets keep it tech-related, guys.

If I didnt have kids who ride in the back........occasionally......I would have ditched the rear seat a long time ago for a roll cage.
