Suggested hatch struts?

What kind of hatch struts would you guys suggest? I know some websites sell "better than stock" ones, but are they worth it or should I just pick up a pair from Auto Zone?

My buddy got some from Checker and they work great. Those are a little on the high side, though. About 30-40 each.

IMHO, you should not spend more than that.

Haven't used those, but that looks like a good price with a warranty.

Ofcourse the ones your going to buy are better than stock cause your stock ones don't work I got mine from auto zone at $35 a piece with a life time warranty. I used to work at Pep Boys and just for fun I looked them up they sold there for right at $35 a piece to.

If you have a spoiler, make sure you take that into account, cause they make them for those with and without.

Mine are from advance they have a LTW also. They held up my stock aero wing, the heavy rubber one, and now with the fiberglass spoiler, I hit the button and they go all the way up. I think is pretty cool. 3-4 years old also.
