88 trans am, want diff style

got an 88 trans am, i'm getting a ram air hood for in in about 2-3 weeks... i'm also going to give it a nice ole paint job some day this year.. but i'm not wanting to w/o changing the body style alittle bit...

the 82-84 camaro has a z-28 turbo body kit for it... i was wondering if that kit would work on my 88 TA.

the kit has 2 rocker panels, 2 front fenders, 2 rear quarter panels & 1 front spoiler.

https://www.thunderracing.com/index....ategoryid=1004 <<< link to kit. near the bottom, the grey car.

I think my car would look great with that kit on it, the ram air hood, and a new spoiler(carbon fibre).

Also, i'd like to do that corvette taillight thng, i think i'll do that in time too... and

i would like a diff front look, but i don't like the regular firebird style,.... i'd rather hav ea corvette look, does the same company that makes the tail lights conversion thing, make it for the front as well?

bryanboy@cfl.rr.com if you would plz. thx.

I've seen the body kit w/o the hood in person. It doesn't look bad....but it will NOT work on a Trans Am.

The rear quarter panels are all Camaro, the notch for the tail lights etc. You would have to custom fab the majority of the rear to get it to work on a Trans Am.

HTH!

turn into an 82 T/A replica/clone
82 T/A's look mean, especially with the power bulge and flat spoiler and fender vents and shorter GFX and everything

good luck

I have an 82 =)

I like the sleekness of the early birds. However I do also like the more muscular appearance of the later GTAs.
