A lot of people don't like it- but i really think it complements the rims great. The tim is held on with little screws- just pop off the rims & tires and put the trim on- easy to do. I also must say that they look good only on some colors. Red & Black is ok. I'm getting the car repainted sunset metallic orange with two black racing stripes with the z spoiler & ram air hood- so I'll take the trim off just for the reason that it wouldn't look good they way it does now. Here is another picture- they really will shine like that- mine weren't polished in any of the pictures.

I didn't know that you had them allready. I'd say that they are well worth 500 buck like new with rubber. Depends on tire too- but should be worth the 500 I think most of the time they are $800 or more (don't know). To see if they would look good would take more than a 1/2 hour
.
Take some pics if you do

What a steal!
$500 is an awesome deal on those considering they are 17's w/ the Kumho tires.
However, is I don't think the bolt pattern is the same for a Ford Ranger and a the Chevy 4 3/4".
Also, check into what the backspacing is...that can change the look and stance of the car.

ack well i suddenly feel the need to express my opinion....i think the rims look mediocre at best and the trim around the fender flares makes it look *** awful.....People will look at your car and go hey look at that car its got some neat weels and look at the silver looking stuff over them.....not hey look at that sweet maro. Why would you want to put something on your car that completly distracted your eye away from the rest of the car?!?!? IMO having things understated on a car is the simplest way to explain what i think a good car looks like....having everything over stated is the same thing ricers do to get you to notice their cars....and we all know how we feel about ricers

oh by the way they are universal, i have them on now, they look great, im gettin my car painted viper red, so it will be great, oh, by the way, thanks for the opinions too, also yea they do catch your eye, but they look at the nice rims and then look at your car and are like damn thats one nice car, around here anyways, and i like em so thats all that matters
. and if i get tired of them, im sure i can sell them more than a 500 bucks

thanks, i had to get something other than what i had on, i had red ones, switched to black, they were hard to keep clean, looked like crap, too curbed to polish, so i found these and to me i think they look great, check out this pic, dont know who's it is, but its the same color im goin with
is this viper red? or what? does anyone know,

Personally, I don't like them at all. But that is my opinion. I feel that stock rims look better than any other rim on camaros. But on firebirds it is a different story. I think that more aftermarket rims look good on firebirds.

I wanted to change my stock 15" rims to the Formula 16" rims. I couldn't find any. But my luck changed 50%.
Got two of the Formula rims given to me with Firestone 245/50 series on them. Good rubber, too. Also go a new set of T-tops with the deal. Mine are tinted due to the summer sun in Yuma and San Diego, but wanted a clear pair for the winter.
Can't wait to get the final two rims.
