Just what the topic says. Does anyone have a car like this? Can it be done?

it can be done but WHY??? the 91 nose looks so much better IMO unless you wrecked yours and are at a shortage of cash i'd leave the 91 nose alone

the car was wrecked before I got it but not fixed very well. The impact bar is broken and the bumbper cover sags, is cracked on both sides were it connects to the fenders, and is generally fixed with duck tap. This was not my doings. I have always like the earlier style and wonder what it would look like with the 91-92 gfx's.

I have the 91-92 gfx that I was going to put onto my 88 formula, but I don't have the sill brackets that mount on the frame under the door.
I think it would look pretty interesting since I have the 91-92 tail lights on the car.

I'm doing the same thing to my 86 T/A. body is in the process of getting the 91-92 gfx but I'm leaving the 86 nose--only because I think it'll be easier that way. I finally grabbed the lower sill gfx brackets for the 92 setup.
Notice the 92 tail lights?

You'll also need to get 82-90 park lamps since they mount up next to the headlight on the 82-90 cars. You may also need the headlights as well.. You'd be better off to find a new 91-92 nose.

I would have to say that the 85 - 90 T/A noses look MUCH MUCH better!!! Thats just me though. So I say go for it.

I think they do too--but I still haven't finished mine to see how the whole thing will look. I have to leave the 86 style gfx on from the fenders forward.
