Bad subframe???

OK, I purchased the 'Bird with some body damage, the biggest issues are the passenger side fender, nose, and passenger side headlight (it's off of a '91 or '92 model). The problem being is that on the passenger side, the part of the subframe that the rest of the front end is attached to is bent. I haven't measured, but it's shifted about 1/2"-3/4" forwards and is about a foot long. Any ideas of how much repair would be? It's a 1990 Formula 350.
All help is appreciated.

I'll see what I can do about pics, but I'm not promising anything though.

The sub frame and k-member on my 91 RS were damaged. It cost me $1000.00 to have the sub-frame pulled back straight and the k-member and steering box from a 90 RS that i bought for $150.00 and sold to another guy for $75.00 after I got what I wanted from it.

K-member

Well, it doesn't require a new K-member, but would a 4th gen k member swap work? Unequal length control arms a a lot better for road handiling than equal lenght, suspention geometry and all.

4th gen cars are completely different. Rack and pinion steering, true Mcpherson struts and the like would make the swap very difficult.
