it took me about a year to do all this stuff.....well having alot of money these days takes time to get. so i took my time and when i had over time in my check i got a little more for the car. the car is not that fast.....ran 15.134 at englishtown raceway park. the engine is stock.....well internally stock.....well i have a few performance mods added to the old 123,300 miles engine. headers, msd setup without 6a box, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, smaller pulley set by march, computer chip, custom ram air, flowmaster catback system, front and back perfomance suspension by hotchkis, kyb shocks and struts, tans super cooler, b&m transpak, b and m torque converter, rear has 3.73 gears....alot other things as well to much to list.
as for outside stuff....the car has ferrari door kit......all new oem stickers.......racing stripes, hood pins, car has playstation in it with lcd screen in the middle of headliner, all new uplystery and i mean everything, some nice glow stuff for the street nights, a wing in back, nice kickin system with 3 amps, good installation kit, all new speakers in stock places and custom door enclosures i did myself and bascily i did everything. im proud of this iroc-z.....thanks for any good or bad opinions.......or facts.......lol :hail:
:lala: some other stuff to list as well but to much to say.

Im sorry but Im not crazy about it. Way to much white on the entire car. I think you messed up a perfectly good Iroc in my opinion, but thats just my opinion and thats why its your car and not mine. Thats gonna be a bitch to keep clean

While it's definitely not my personal style, I think you have a really nice car there. I've always loved the blue w/ white stripes paint scheme....and your custom touches are quite unique. Very nice work!
i like the color combination i just think the car is too "busy" it shows you have alot of love for the car and your willing to try your own ideas which i like.
however, the fact that it's very busy and things don't flow well together is the only thing i see as being bad if it's possible. definately unique in your own taste which is great though, just not something you would see on the cover of a magazine which can sometimes be better anyhow.
take care of it.

Once again not bad, just not my taste. Although with the strips(since you painted the louvers white) i would have started small like you did but at the back of the louvers they get the same sizer as the louvers.

Not my kind of car, but it looks nice, it's obvious alot of effort was put into it.
How much that vinyl cost you? It looks real nice..you get it local? Cause I live in south jersey.

Not my style, but if you like it... thats what counts. I simply prefer a clean simple looking ride. You definately put some time & money into it though. Now stop working on it and go drive it!!!

i got the vinyl seat covers from the web site...hawk's third gen camaros and firebirds........in new jersey i doubt that you can find a company that deals with these type of cars, i could be wrong thow...or you can get these seat covers at classic industries located in california.....they have a whole line of seat cover styles...and actually they just came out with them....goes to show you that sooner or later in about another 15 more years or so these cars are gonna be classics as well. they are kinda exspensive but worth it. :hail:

Sorry, but I deleted all but your first three pics. Way too many pictures to just ask for opinions. Keep it related to the thread, or the posts will be deleted. Limit your pics to three per thread, and link to them in others.

Sorry, but I don't like it at all. The white is just way too much and looks pretty cheap. It looks like you just pulled out every plastic piece you could remove easily and gave it the Krylon touch and threw it back in for a "custom" look. The sub box doesn't look too pleasing either... too bulky and it looks like its just tossed up there. Neon tubes just placed here and there don't do it for me either. The body kit looks like its barely clinging to the doors, and I don't care for stripes that go straight through the whole car. I'm also not a fan of the double spoiler look.
The engine bay looks good though aside from all that blue looming.
But thats my opinion, its your car and you're the one who has to drive it so your opinion is the only one that counts.

I do think the white interior is a bit much. But if you like it thats what counts! I do however like blue and white stripping. and how the car looks. Either way its an awesome ride and you should be proud of the work youve done! Great job!:hail:

yeh i know the white is a bit to much......actually the dash that is white blinds the crap out of my eyes at night when i make left or right turns from the street lamps...lol. in daylight its not to bad thow except when there is strong sun light out reflecting it...but oh well i like it. the audio system probby is a little tasteless but i dont like bolting amps to the floor of the hatch erea...its jut not right...even after i put in the new carpet.
but i was wondering if you guys would know of a better setup or actually a box that has demensions to fit the hatch erea, its kool thow...i dont expect the thirdgen crew to be appealing to all...but appreciate the downs and ups

that 83 would be outstanding if you would take the bra off and the lettering across the windshield and the black stripes/camaro on the hood have got to go....even if you left the windshield banner on, that would look ok, but the other stuff that i mentioned, would look much better off the car. maybe shave the side moldings...

The pics were deleted because you're only allowed three attached images per thread, as 88aziroc said. Check out cardomain.com and make yourself a webpage. Then you can link to your pics and put as many as you want in a thread.
it's not too bad but my complain is the seat color. you have white, black, and then you have blue seats. i think if your seats and carpet was black it would look better. nice work
i thought you said you had the Ferrari door kit....do you mean lambo doors as in they scissor up??? Maybe you didn't have it installed for those pics eh? I've always wanted to see what that looked like on a third gen.....i thought our doors were too heavy.

I like the Z28 on the door panel. I'm with the masses on it being a little bright in there, but the craftsmanship looks good. And the best part is you can say "Good, bad, whatever, I love my car!"

thanks...well the rampage amps are only 100 watt amps..nothin big so i just hook those to the smaller speakers in the car like the dash speakers, the door speakers, and the 6x9 speakers....but i also have an pioneer equalizer to make everything sound nice and when i put the equalizer on the speakers sound excellent and just to make sure i have bass blockers for the little punch speakers in the dash...and the box is powered by the amp in the middle.....and yeh its a little hard to explain but it is done right thow. my system sounds great even with only jensen 10's. the rampage amps really arent great for bass...but give the smaller speakers a little umpfff.

its uhhh.... white.
why did you make the dash and stuff white? are you planning on using the white base so it doesnt throw off some other (read "Darker") color when you redo it?

um.... I agree with everyone else.... it's busy and it's a LOT of white.... and.... the seats..... ???
I would have like to see that time and effort put into installing a nice clean 4th Gen dash, but that's my personal opinion.....
I do however think the white/blue combo works well only with stripes, not with two-tone gfx, but again just my opinion.....
It's nice to see some people customizing it though, although i think it could have been done in a subtle way, instead of the in your face white......

It does look like you did a good job and I love the door panels! The exterior I absolutely dislike. The GFX need to match IMO, and I only like factory style stripes. Thats what "I" like but if you like it thats what counts!
