I'll get them to check on their computer as to how many it says are out there. But if it is a true OEM, like the guys at the parts counter say..It may not last forever. But perhaps because it is on the Restoration site.. it'll be an item they will keep making for a while.

Yes I totally agree with you on that one.. Picked up the Kit today.. AWESOME.. Here is what it comes with (From Left To Right in the picture) (2) outermost drip covers (Awnings), (2) Metal Retainers, (2) Window Top Seal, (2) Main U-Seals
This Kit is upgrades anyone (Like me) to the newer 90-92 style seals with the internal channels for water to flow out. and of course the two awnings are in a more durable plastic V.S. the hard rubber ones the earlier cars have. I paid $425 + taxes Canadian dollars.. What a awesome Kit this is.. !! and It's 100% OEM

I'm kind of confused. $425 is more like $320 US currency... but I looked it up and it was indeed sellig for $200 US currency. Awesome deal! I hope it stays that way because i will need it... but not until my drivetrain swap is done and I move on to the body work

Ya I know, the normal conversion is kinda strange when you look at it.. Perhaps there is the added penelty for being Canadian.. lol..

at gm parts direct, they are $183, plus it says $37 estimated s&h, for a total of $220. at gm restoration parts, they are $200 plus estimated shipping of $18, for a total of $218. i would probably prefer gm parts direct, as i doubt that shipping will be that much.

Hmmm... Looks like the price went up. It was only around $150 when I bought mine plus the outrageous $30 for "shipping". That "shipping" price is right though
