Soak it with an amonia based window cleaner, and let it sit in the sun for a few hours, and it should come right off. And if that doesn't work for ya, goof off should.

I have to agree w/ azcamaro. I used "Tint Off" too. It can be obtained at WalMart as well. That's where I found it and it worked TONS better than Windex or other ammonia based window cleaners.
