wiper arm replacement?

I need to replace my passenger side whole wiper arm assembly.
How does it come off? Looks like I may have to pry the thing off.
How easy does it go back on? Anyone have any tips for me? Is there anything I should know about first before doing this. I would appreciate any help or info about this. Thanks. :hail:

They do pry off but, you have to pull out the retainer clip. It's a small tab located at the base of the wiper arm (white arrow below), lift the arm and pry out the clip (not fully, it'll stop, you'll know) then release the arm, it will not sit on the glass. After, gently pry the arm away from the base. There is a keyway so when you put the new arm on, it will be in the same spot.
