Medium Spiral Gray Metallic

I just got my car back from my paint guy last Sunday. My wife and I chose a 2004 Corvette color called Medium Spiral Gray Metallic. This color should have come on 3rd gen cars from the factory. I am in the process of doing dynamat and installing the new interior. I will post pics in the next few days. I used 2 trunk kits (40 sq ft) of extreme dynamat and I need probably 1 and a half more. This sucker is gonna look awesome. Also, I bought the goodmark steel cowl hood. Fits like a glove.

I had my car painted the medium spiral gray metallic in December '02. The following pictures are kind of dark and don't do the car justice. I get lots of compliments on this color.

It's estimated by DATA that it will take approximately 26,123 gallons to cover it all. The crew and I looked at a hologram image of what it will look like when its finished and I must say, "It looks awesome baby!" But with todays modern technology for paint jobs (2085 of course), it shouldnt take more than 6 minutes to paint it all!

Picard out!

Thx Cappy. I don't know the color code off the top of my head, but can get it if needed. I went to a gtg where a guy had fresh paint job of Gun Metal Grey and his car looked damn sweet. I've noticed that in some pictures, my car takes on more of a green hue. But it's definitely a darker grey than the original.

In these pics, My car is on the left and Dan's car (Gun Metal Grey) is on the right.

Those are both sweet rides. I like both colors. Wish I had codes for both then I could choose one or the other. Maybe I could do one as a base and use the other for flames or possibly a blend in? Hmmm... If you could get the codes that would be great. Thanks!

All Jean-Luc needs is the code. Then after Enterprise is fitted with its new hi-amp alt., it can replicate the color all by itself, lol.

I think if I had it to do all over again, I'd go with peuter or platinum. Those colors are uncommon and look downright righteous.
