Maybe I didnt look hard enough but im stumped. When i turn on the wipers (82 camaro) the passenger side wiper does not wipe the windshield. Ive replaced the entire arm. still i get the same result. Ive bent the arm and it works for a little bit and allways goes back to the same old crap.

what do i do?
