Has anyone added factory gfx to thier non gfx'd car?

I was contemplating adding gfx, and I know the cars that came with gfx had a 2" bracket welded on the lower part of the body where the side gfx attatch to. Has anyone added gfx without the bracket? If so, how did you do it? Does it sag?

You don't hve to use the original bracket, a 2" x 1/8" x 4' piece os flat stock works just well (that's what I used anyways).
Just adding the gfx w/o anything will cause them to sag over their span in time. Just having them off the car on a irregular surface will deform them slightly. While they will return to normal shape once mounted, you will want to mount them to 'recontour' them before painting. They also won't be quite as rigid leading to the paint being able to crack & chip easier.
