Simply beautiful. I really love the way you used the subs to cover where the rear seats used to be. Makes the whole car look finished with the cage. Much more thought out and functional than the people who either take the seats out or leave them in even though you can't sit in em anymore. Plus the bass hitting off the hatch must sound awesome!
lol...yeah it rattles your teeth more then i care for but on conservative levels it works nicely.
thanks for the kind words, the corbeau trs seats fit and feel great, the brackets from corbeau were a bit of a pita but i had them cut down and now they fit really nice with plenty of headroom. the camlock 5 pt corbeau harness also work really nice too.

I'm sure it must be the pictures... but is that a dirty console I see
I love your sub configuration, cant wait to see the glass piece your making.

yes and no with the console....yes it is mainly the pictures and the way the light carried with it. overall though the car was quite dirty and i was not happy at all.....the person helping me put my engine together ran real late with our projected date and time so i was left with literally a few hours to clean months worth of dirt from the various shops it sat through. so no what your seeing is not dirt but yes the car wasn't nearly as clean as it usually is. it normally takes me about a day for each section of the car from the paint, interior, wheels, engine bay, underneath, etc. but instead i was only able to wash the car and clean my wheels which still could have used a solid days worth of work.

hey kandied , do you have any pics , close ups too of how the carpet is cut around the roll cage . And also when i get one, how do you paint the rollcage, do you have to have the whole car masked off .Do you have to take the interior out to have a cage painted.
well to cut the carpet you just do what you did when installing the carpet. make small slits where necessary. there is no one specific correct way to do it.
as far as painting the cage it depends. if it's a manufactured cage it can be painted outside of the car. mine was a custom made cage so that i could have it bent to my specifics which meant it pretty much had to be built in the car so it was painted in the car. then you just mask off where necessary and pray you don't get overspray.
