aftermarket shifters?

aftermarket shifters?
i just got a kool aftermarket T shifter handle and it has those three little screws that always come loose and sooner or later i am going to strip the screws. anyway if i was to use thred lock would it hold them???? or should i drill 3 small hole so the screws will screw right into the metal pole shifting thing? dont no name sry. what do i do to fix this issue??

The **** on my BM came loose, I just put some teflon tape on there, and tightened it down hella. Seems to have done trick

on a friends jeep, we had to drill the holes into the stick so that the **** would stay on... it was a cheap aftermarket ****, but its probly held on the same way as yours....
just get a bit SLIGHTLY too small, and drill thru, then let the set screw tap itself into the stick as you tighten it..
if you make the hole too big, the set screw will have nothign to set on and it will just keep screwing in..... and i would use some locktite on it.
