Anyway, congrats on the project!
Be sure to post plenty of the 'in progress' pics. Especially ones where the car is partly stripped etc and being welded/sanded/filled etc. When you are doing the jams at the engine do you do the jams and then the outside of the car? As in how do you ensure that when the hood/hatch/doors are open that things match up well. Forgive my ignorance, my spraying experience so far is very limited.
Keep up the good work!

in order to really jam a car you will need to take off the doors front fenders hatch and hood
then you will get the car ready for paint in other words make sure the outer body is straight filled welded ect as long as it is ready for primmer you will prime the out side of the car first then you will scuff with red scotch bright the jams once you do that you will seal the jams and then paint them now you will have over spray on the out side of the car dont worrie about that you will be wet sanding the car anyways to get out the orage peel and make the primmer straight anyways just make sure you get it all off of it might wrinkle the paint heres what the car will look like after jamming it

ok here is the painting process
primmer pic what the car looked like when we pulled it in to paint
primmer is a 5 star product its a high build 2k DTM (Direct to metal) urathane primer sealer (if we didnt wet block the primmer we wouldnt of had to seal the car but since i wanted it straight and there was a ton of orange peel in the primmer (STUFF IS THICK Great primmer you just have to reduce the heck out of it to spray it with out a primmer head)
