Tweaked my door...

Well, to make a long story short, I did something stupid in lowering my car from a lift without checking whether my doors were open or closed... needless to say, when the car came down and the open door met with a floor-standing tire changer and I heard a loud "CRACK!" my heart sank. The door needs re-alignment and I need a replacement Ground effect moulding on the driver's side.

Any recommendations or parts that I could get from you guys?

It really depends on how bad it's tweaked. You may be able to get away with replacing the hinge (if it may unbolt from the door - not sure now). Either the hinge is bent, the material where the hinge is bent, or the whole door is tweaked - it ought to be fixable, but the door most likely needs to come off.

I think I just bent the hinge, because it now squeaks heavily when I move the door. Thing is, when I look in there to see where it bent there's no paint missing, wierd huh? I was thinking I should just take it to a body shop and get it done, or do you think its something I can do myself with a friend helpin' out?

Looking at it in my Chiltons it doesnt seem that bad, but being new to F-Body there are probably some tricks I dont know about for it...
