cutting ram air hood
k I just bought the ram air 2 hood and I need to cut the slots in the nostrils....do I use a sawzall or is there a better method? Also how much should I cut? I want to get as much airflow as possible but I know I need to watch out for cutting too much (so the grilles wouldnt screw in), but I also have seen only a quarters size worth cut on some hoods.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
oh and I was wondering if anyone had cut some of the cowl in the back....not all of it but about the width of the air cleaner in the middle (to create a wind vortex from the front).,...I know this part is a little confusing in words so Ill post a pic of what I mean in a bit
thanks
